Malaysia imposes anti-dumping duties on PET film from China,Indonesia,South korea

Recently, the Malaysian Ministry of Finance issued a directive to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on polyethylene terephthalate Film (PET Film) polyester film products from China, Indonesia and South Korea.

The directive is valid from March 14, 2015 to March 13, 2020. six PET film manufacturers from China are imposed a tax rate of between 4.26% and 14.91%. Indonesia 3 companies levy the tax rate is between 2.87% and 7.21%. South Korea will levy a tax rate of 14.91%.

PET film Tariff code (HS code )39206200 are involved in the new directives.
