Blocking is a very common problem encountered when the factory is making thermoforming,Vacuum forming process.

Blocking makes the thermoforming tray not easy to pull apart,not good for denesting application for food packaging.

We have the Antiblock  PET Film,produced specially with antiblock additives,suitable for thermoforming process.

Our Rigid PET Film/APET film  is  Polyethylene Terephthalate Film  Thermoform Grade:

specially designed for thermoforming and vacuum forming application. With excellent vacuum forming ability, this material is impact resistance, and chemical resistance, which made it an excellent choice for forming clamshells, blisters, containers, trays and packing boxes.
