Metallizing process.
coating process:Aluminum metallized pet fim is lacquered with proective epoxy resin to keep a shiny looking metallized surface ,in case of gold and colors,appropriate quantity of metalc complex dyestuffs are mixed with resgin measured by an accurate electronic scale
Wide cutting:protective lacquered film is cut to 2” to 5” wide pancakes
Mirco slitting& winding process:
Wide cut pancake roll sit into various size while film pases through a cutting head and being wound on spools
